Booking Proceedure

2. Proceed to Book and Pay Online via PAYPAL. Your payment will be to ROSEHALL. Please note you need to book the NIGHTS
you require
This method enables you to book a villa instantly.

3. If you prefer to pay by STERLING CHEQUE just fill in our booking form and we will e.mail you payment details.

4 For further enquiries - fill in our booking/enquiry form - on the Contact Us Page or simply e.mail us.

Short Term Let We don't request a security deposit, but we do trust you to report any breakages or damage to our on-site representative.  You will be required to pay for any repairs or replacements as necessary. 


Long Term Let A Security deposit of One week's rental will be held as a security deposit against any breakages or damages during the letting period

Services

Optional Welcome Pack  - 15 euros
Contents include - A Litre of Red wine, A Litre of White wine/Tea Bags/Milk/Bottle of Water/ A Litre of 
 Fruit juice//Small jar of Coffee, Sugar/Bread & Biscuits.

Airport -Run to San Javier or Alicante can be arranged. Please contact us for these charges. A taxi between Sectors of Camposol is 5 euros one way.

• Included in the Cost - Cleaning before and after your visit. Bedding
  Towels, but not pool/beach towels.
  
  All charges are included in short term lets, excepting bottle gas which is recommended for the colder months for the supplementary heating.
  Long term Lets are plus Utilities.
  
  Smoking - Our properties are non smoking and we ask you to respect this by smoking outside the property.
