Terms
There is a 25% deposit required to secure a booking. The balance is payable approx 5 weeks prior to arrival. Should this not be paid or should you cancel your booking by written confirmation within this period a £25. cancellation fee is retained.
If you cancel between 5-2 weeks prior to arrival the deposit is not returnable. If you cancel 2 weeks prior to departure 50% of the total booking is retained unless we can re-let the property at this short notice
Holiday and travel insurance, including cancellation cover is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably covered.
Long Term Rentals - One month rental payable on booking and then monthly in advance A security bond of 100 euros (returnable) applies.
Payment is by Sterling Cheque or Paypal. Balance by cash terms can be negotiated on your arrival in Spain.
