The villa was lovely and clean and a delight to stay in, definitely enjoyed the bottles of wine, thank you very much, the local shops and restaurants were handy to have.Murcia area is the place we have decided we are going to retire to and have already put the wheels in motion,. The weather was to die for and we didn't want to come home, in fact when we reached Herne Bay we almost kept going straight to Dover and the ferry port.Stayed June 07- from Kent I'm beginning to love this holiday already. Been on packages in the past
thought it about time we tried something else and I am already feeling so
relieved, a real person to deal with (On email mind) but you know what I

We had a super holiday and thought the Fiesta Villa delightful.
Stayed 2 weeks June-July 07 from Glasgow

Excellent well equipped villa's, that we have used 4 times now. Everything is supplied with what you want, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, etc., lacking nothing, and of course, most importantly, at a very reasonable cost. Should there be any problems (which is unlikely) help is always close to hand, and any issues are resolved immediately by the very friendly people looking after the Villa's. Villa's are located close to the Golf Course(s), beaches are in easy reach, local shopping is good and inexpensive, and there is a good choice of restaurants of various standards in the Mazarron area. You dont have to cook at all, but an evening Bar-B-Q on the solarium is a great way to unwind. A car is essential, public transport being non-existent, car hire from the airports through someone like Carjet.com is easy and inexpensive. Sight seeing, well there is plenty to do and see, shopping is good, with Totana, Mazarron, Cartagena being close. Everything is well priced, where else can you get a bottle of decent wine for around £1, pint of beer for £1:20 or a HUGE Bacardi and Coke for £1:50.

Against the area - if you have very active children, you will struggle to keep them fully entertained, pools, horse riding and beaches are available, but not in walking distance. If anyone wants to know more about the area, feel free to email me on Macaw1@aol.com

We so enjoyed our holiday at Fiesta Villas ! The accommodation was beautiful, so tastefully fitted and finished, and immaculately clean. The roof terrace provided the "icing on the cake" we thought. Enjoyed breakfast there every day, and some lunches and dinners, too.

We grew to love the area as well, though Camposol was much larger and more sprawling than we had imagined, and we felt a bit isolated at the outer edges ! We did miss having a pool close at hand, but perhaps that will be available when the new hotel opens ?The one at the Country Club is splendid but requires a special trip and does not allow for a casual dip which would have been so welcome in that hot weather

Thought the eating-out options were a bit limited, too. The only on-site restaurant we liked was the Chinese one. Surprised that beautiful Golf Club does not open every evening and lay on nice meals.Maybe that, too, will come We did have an entertaining evening there when the Country and Western group was performing. . We were tempted by a "flamenco night" at El Saladillo, roadside restaurant on the main road to Mazarron. They put on a nice little show but the food and service were poor.

It was nice to know that Joan and Steve were at hand if needed. They were very helpful but not intrusive.

Hope these comments do not seem too negative as we had a wonderful holiday that was just that little bit different from the usual !Kind regards

During October 06 we spent a little over 2 weeks in one of the Fiesta Villas at Camposol in the Murcia region of Spain.

We found the villa well appointed and maintained furnished and equipped to a high standard. It provided us with the perfect base for exploring this unspoilt region with its coves. bays, stretches of sandy beach and safe swimming areas. We also explored the mountain area of the Sierra Espuna and the towns and cities of Murcia, Lorca and Cartagena. We recommend that a Car is essential for this holiday
